None of my V-Leds which are everywhere else in my car have afterglow, just these crappy lethal recon ones. I noticed it even more at about midnight, just looks stupid with the glow. This glow really pisses me off and not only did I end up paying more but got less. Stay away from these people.

Excuse me but I take great offense when someone calls me a liar. No one was lied to. I installed these bulbs and checked them myself on my own 2010 GT500 and there wasn't any glow. I checked them multiple times on different days and still didn't see any glow. That's my personal experience so I shared it with my customers as I thought others would like to have better looking reverse lights. If you're not familiar with who we are I'll enlighten you that we're a multi million dollar company who's reputation in this industry is of the highest caliber. If for one second you think that we would lie to our customers about some stupid $30.00 LED bulbs you're quit mistaken. If you're not happy you can return the bulbs to us for a refund. It's as simple as that.

Are you saying because we shipped a wrong part by accident that we mislead someone? If we sell you a part that was wrong and didn't work on your car we would make it right and take it back. Just as I offered the customer above to send his bulbs back if he wasn't happy with them. Otherwise if you're really serious that we knowingly mislead or lie to our customers I'd like for you to share with me some instances where that happened.

Thanks, Jared

Let me rephrase, let's take the word mislead out, and I'm not going to bring anyone who's said anything to me about a mistaken part into this as well, no need to turn this into a complaint dept and yes you stand behind your product. When 2010 first came out there were parts listed 05-'10, this was months ago............ as it has been learned '10 even with same motor needs a different valve cover gasket than a '09 as an example... I'm sure by now that's been found out, it fits if you cut on it, the '10 has it's own, and sure the drivers pillar for gauges has been realized is not same as '09...anyways you are a good company and stand by your products, lets just say mislead may have been the wrong word, but when I look for stuff for my car if it says for '10 then click a link, 05-09 should not be listed under there, that I would like to see, if nothing availble when you click link let it say not parts found, this link listed under 2010, http://www.lethalperformance.com/201...es-c-5231_5325 either make it 05-10 to remove doubt or indicate will fit '10 if leaving 05-09, not bashing but just expressing my opinion...great company though.

Well, I guess I'll send mine back. It's a shame 'cause they really look cool, but I can't stand the glow. Just bugs me.

I'm going to check our car again after work and see if there's any glow at all. I'm thinking it might be something that differs between models. Since our GT500 is running HID's maybe the wiring harness for that lighting setup has the additional resistance in it already. Where as a V6 or GT without HID's may not have it. Who knows. None the less if the glow bugs you enough you are more then welcome to send them back.

Thanks, Jared

Yes that actually makes a lot of sense, maybe HID cars dont need it, and you have to be looking for it to see it unless its really dark. I wouldnt have noticed if weinerdog didnt mention it.

Let me jump in here and say some good things about Lethal! I think they are standup people. My personal experiences with them have been nothing less than outstanding. I'm the one that bought a pillar pod through them, and it did not fit, but let me add, that I was probably the first person to buy one for a 10 and discovered that the mounting tabs were different. I knew going into this, that things may be different for the 10, even the manufacturer of the pod discovered at the same time that things were slightly different between the 10 and the 9. A quick call to Lethal and they took care of it, sent me a prepaid return label and helped to make sure that I got the very first SOS pillar pod made for the 10 (Allen at SOS is a standup guy too)! I bought my blower and all my guages from them, nothing but outstanding service there. Back in November I went on vacation to Florida, was in the area, so I stopped in. They don't have a showroom, but they were very happy to show me around, introduce me to the staff, gave me a t-shirt, made me feel welcome. I was even invited to go to the dragstrip with them the next night, and I probably would have gone, but it rained. They are Mustang people just like us, so if they have something I want or need, I will get it from them. Thumbs up to Lethal, They did thier best to test a prouduct, and if it does not work in your application, I trust them to make it right. They don't have to come on here and share in our discussions, they advertise in all the mags, but they do so because they like Mustangs. I hope to hear more from them here!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I signed my name in the street out front a little bit, I wonder if it's still there?
