Default Need help pulling the trigger on S/C

I've got a 2010 GT with 4.10 gears, Brenspeed tune, Roush CAI and underdrive pullies. I'm thinking of getting an Edelbrock Eforce s/c but I'm not quite sure if it will be worth the $6,000. All I want is to have fun with it and feel the difference in the butt dyno. I test drove a Saleen 435 and didn't feel much difference than mine. Yesterday I drove a 2010 GT500 and while I could definetly feel the difference, it wasn't a "WOW" compared to my car. Right now my GT is doing 292RWHP, if the Edelbrock from Brenspeed gets me to aroung 475RWHP +- will it feel alot different than the GT500 I just test drove? IMO to spend $6k, I want to have a "WOW" factor compared to what I got now. I'm probably going to do it, just need your help pushing me off the fence!

I can't wait till I get a supercharger. I can't find a reason really not to go FI. I'm not for sure but I think stock gt500 put done somewhere around 460rwhp. I think it would be real comparable to the gt500 if you went with the e-force. Im sure the e force would put a bigger smile on your face when you hit the throttle.

Where's your finger? Just stick it in the trigger guard, put the pad from the tip of your finger on the trigger, sight down the barrel with your dominant eye, take a breath, hold and pull!

maybe you are scared of the extra hp/tq? If not prove it, buy the supercharger. lol j/k

IMO, with your 4:10's u will be more wowed than the gt500 with a blower on your car. Streetlight to streetlight it will be a fun car to drive for sure!

If you already have 4:10s you may want to think about a centri s/c.

You can't go wrong with an E-force and since a GT is lighter than a GT500, I would assume yours would "feel" faster. Going from my stock GT to the E-force (base kit @ 5psi), it was a night and day difference. I still get a big smile everytime the car gets into boost

As with most of these style superchargers, they have a vacuum by-pass that only allows boost to kick in under a load. Not sure of the exact RPM, but my dyno sheet was showing ~5psi by around 2.2K.
