I just got my car jumped (battery) and now the driver window does not go up Automaticly. manualy its good and the passenger side is good....what could of happened?..I read in another thread that disconnecting the battery could cause reset issues with the windows and to refere to the O/M for assistance..I didn't see anything in my book...

For future references and a good bookmark. BTW, it's on page 43 or 44.

I'm not sure what the rhyme or reason is for when it happens and doesn't after a battery disconnect. I've disconnected the battery multiple times and never had to do the recal. My GUESS is that as long as the doors have not been opened or closed (or simply left untouched in whatever state they were in from the disconnect to the reconnect), they should retain their calibration. No big deal though, since the manual describes it as an EXPECTED OCCURENCE.
