I'm lovin' those black wheels. A few questions about the powdercoating, how much did it cost, and what process did you go through? Did you let a shop media blast them and everything, or what?
Thanks,
Eric
A buddy of mine does powdercoating out of the shop behind his house. *he also builds race cars*... price for a friend was $420... Wheels where sand blasted to bare metal... prepped... and powdered... Local shops in richmond quoted me 165ish a wheel... so... it all depends who you know i suppose
The black wheels create an ominous image, while I'd say the chrome are more appealing to older admirers, both look really good, what can I say....it's a great looking car!
