Hurst Question
I just purchased a Used Hurst competition shifter from a member on another site, I took some pics of it and was told by someone that it looks like a V6 shifter
Can anybody with knowledge please tell me if its for a v6 or GT? thanks
edit: Most shifters i see in the for sale section dont have that black metal arm in the bottom, can any one tell me why mine came with it ?

I agree on being it a GT.
The V6 has a more pronounced bend on the arm due to the different transmission it runs.
As far as the black arm/linkeage, it belongs to the car so we'll have to assume that the guy you got it from totaled his car cause he would need that arm to use another shifter or go back to the stock one...
