Default shaker 500 help!

i've got a 2010 mustang with the shaker 500 audio system in it. i just picked up a 15" kicker comp sub and a 2000 watt pyramid arctic amp. How in god's name do i remove the shaker face plate to run wiring from the front to the back?

Here you go. Once you have the center console area removed, simply unscrew the two bolts that hold the faceplate at the bottom. At that point you can ease it out and unplug the single wiring harness it's connected to. Then you'll be presented with this

There are no subwoofer outputs on the Shaker so you're going to have to use speaker level inputs. Why not just use a trunk-loc to tap the rears?

AJ, do you have any more pics on the front bezel removal? I'm planning on wiring a sync
lock pick to the nav unit for full control and cant find any diagrams for removal.
Is it the same as the 05-09 units where you removal the console first?
thanks for any help.

H911 stang - just install a pac SNI -45 line out converter with amp trigger wire to rear speaker wires. Works well with my alpine amp and sub.

Have you actually removed the Shaker500/SYNC radio out? I have tried but couldn't get the radio to pull out more than an inch and that was not close enough to get to the wiring harness to unplug it.

I just tapped into the rear speakers and didn't need a turn on lead with the MTX amp.

No. There must be an easy way to get it out, I wonder what the trick is.

Where in FL are you located? I just started seeing a new KonaBlue stang in the area where I live. Riverview / Brandon area near Tampa
