Default Mustang Concept in Public Hands?

I was driving to Greenfield Park (Montreal Area) Canada on business recently, and I was driving through farm country and I noticed a S197 Mustang in a driveway, and it had the Concept style lights...the car was sick!!! Does anybody know if this is a kit/custom or if Ford has sold of some concepts? Here is a pic i found online of the concept, and it looked just like this.

That is wicked! It reminds me of a '67-'68 Cougar.

Had to be a custom build.
Nothing from the concept car will ever be available...

There's a guy near Greenfield park (in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu) the builds Mustang body kits and has design a Shelby replica rear for the S197. He had a few himself but here's a couple of pics of cars with thisbody kit nstalled.

Is this what you saw ?
