Don't know anything about the Roush shifter, but I can't imagine it being as good as the MGW.

My brother-in-law has that in his. The few times I drove his car it felt very notchy and hard to get it into gear. There is so little forward/backward movement I couldn't imagine anything being shorter. I think I've read that the Roush one is the shortest one you can get for our cars. Over all I wasn't very impressed. I was even thinking about getting this till I drove his car.

A friend of mine has the MGW, but I haven't driven his car so I cant really comment on his, but I've heard nothing but good things about MGW.

I have the Roush on my 2010. I got it used from someone on the board. You can chuck me in the group that really likes it. I wanted something that was notchy and had a small throw. It fit the bill for me. I went and bought a speaker set of Dynamat and used that on the tran tunnel. Its probably not as smooth or as quiet as the MGW, to me thats not a bad thing. Plus I got it for a good price.

I have one... love it. Much better than the Hurst in my opinion. It is a very short throw, but that's what you want, isn't it?
