Whats the major difference between Race Red and the current red colors they offer. I'm considering the color, I just wish I could see the color in person. Was the California Special at the Detroit Auto Show Race Red? Also, has anyone heard the expeceted deliveryd dates if you order now for the 2011's. Any input would be great.

 

I am curious about this too. I really dig the Torch Red and hope that Race Red is just as eye catching as the Torch Red color is.

Delivery dates will vary depending on your dealer, when you get your order in, etc. I'd plan for your car to arrive a couple months after the official release of the 2011's. Could be wrong though. Hopefully sooner. But delivery dates have ranged from 2-4 months. When the 2010's were first released, I believe some MF members had to wait 3-4 months.

 

Take the current Laser Red Tint, lighten it up a bit, and there you have it. Go to egmcartech.com or Left Lane News and look up the Indy 500 Mustang Pace Car. That is Race Red, if I'm not mistaken.

 

Mine only took five weeks to come in. Ordered last week of March, got it first week of May.

 

IF I'M NOT MISTAKIN THE BARRETT JACKSON GUYS RECENTLY SAID THE 500 PACE CAR WHICH WAS AUCTIONED OFF THERE IS TORCH RED.......SAME AS MY 2010 GT COUPE....
