Default Brenspeed tune problem/question

I got my Brenspeed tune installed tonight (tune only), and it runs good and the power is great, but it seems to be idling a little lower than stock idle. It is fine when im in Park, right at 750, but when i am driving it will drop to around 500-600 rpm, but its not running rought or acting like it is going to stall. Is this a problem? and how do i get the idle back to around 750?

Thanks

Call Chandler at Brenspeed. I had a problem with my car idiling rough and stalling after CAI and tune install. Turns out that when I installed my Airaid there is an insert that the directions said to install UNLESS you have a custon tune. I didnt know Brenspeed writes the tune for the insert installed. Chandler offered to rewrite the tune for me but it wouldnt have produced any more power so I just installed the insert and it was perfect.

If the idle is not killing the car at stop lights, then it is probably ok. You can go in your tuner and change the idle speed if you want.

I have their tune for my 06 gt auto. The idle is set low and pretty low I notice when I'm at a stoplight.

If the Idle is smooth, then leave things alone... If the Idle is rough, spend a few minutes and remove and clean the throttle body. I run Brenspeed 91 tune and Idle in Drive at 600. It does not take much buildup in the TB to start causing rough idle....

You can change the drive idle yourself in the optional parameters section when loading the tune. Now, if it's running rough then something is dirty, otherwise go in the options change the drive idle to what you want and re-load the tune.

I idle really low too. Low but smooth. Coming to a stop in neutral sometimes I touch 450-500 rpm. I have stalled out pulling down my driveway into the garage.

But Brenspeed's tunes ROCK.

There's a procedure in the battery maintenance section of the owner's manual that may help to get the idle back to normal.
