Fred, I'm moving this to the main section to get more exposition...
I will open a thread here (4.0 section) with updates as soon as repairs start.

Sorry to hear man. Glad you are ok. I recently had my rear quarter panel replaced. Your in great hands with Pascal. Too bad I live far away, otherwise I would of had him work on my stang.

Fred, it maybe a good idea to contact her insurance co. yourself(if you haven't done so already), just to let them know you want the repairs done YOUR WAY, and to set up other services, such as a rental. My daughter's new Accent(4K on it) was t-boned in a parking lot in Dec. That stupid b***h that hit her, plus the stupid one at her ins. co. knew who I was real well by the time it was over. They tried to blame my daughter for the accident....A NO GO! Pascal won't let her ins. co. take short cuts, but you know they'll try to keep the costs down. Good luck with the repairs..that is a beautiful stang! Scott.

That's some crappy luck. Oh well at least you can use this opportunity for mods.

Its a dream come true. If this had happened in any other city I would be losing a lot more sleep over this, but Pascal is the man!

Thanks Scott. Yes they were contacted and have been accommodating so far. I won't back down until we reach an agreement that fully accounts for my damages. Sorry to hear about your daughter's car--its not fun.

Alafaya is a deathtrap.. not just the intersection where I was hit. More DUIs on this road than any other road in the country :/
