Here's some I found. I honestly wouldn't recommend this unless your car is for show purposes only. They are pretty much illegal, and if you get into an accident (esp at night) you might be held liable for your lack of visibility. The tail lights (according to DOT) must be visible from at least 200ft (pretty sure thats the #), so you shouldn't have an issue tintin those.

In Louisiana it is not necessarily illegal to tint headlights as long as the light is visible for a certain distance, which if you lights are tinted it would not be. But they do look good!!
