If I were looking for a set of SVT cobra wheels....I'd go somewhere SVT cobra owners hang out. You're likely to catch someone trying to sell a set of takeoffs. Maybe even on a SVT/cobra forum.

tirerack sells the GT500 SVT wheels at a relatively decent price (about 1/2 what Ford charges). But I bought mine on ebay for $650. The ones from AM are not cast like the originals.
