3.73 gear pkg
I'm sure if your window sticker (which is tied to your VIN number) says that you have the 3.73, then you have the 3.73. I'm not mechanically savvy enough to open mine up and be able to tell just by looking at the gears. But, I'm sure there are plenty of guys out there who can do it. If it were me, though, I'd trust your window sticker.
You should be able to check your door tag use a decoder and see what ratio you have. If you want to go further in depth you can crawl under and look at your differential and it should have a metal tag bolted to the housing showing the ratio.
You doubt the WIndow Sticker?
Jack up car ... mark the DS and tire. Turn the DS 3.73 times ... the rear wheel should turn 360 degress. If it turns more than 360 it's not a 3.73 ...
There are also many online calculaters where you can plug in tire size + rear end ratio + tranny gear ratio ... and it will tell you what RPM you should be at.

strut tower brace only came with 19" wheels ... not 3.73 rear package.
Pretty sure the calipers don't look any different from the outside ....
I just know I have the strut tower brace but I have the 19s and the 3.73 and on ford's website it doesn't specify which pkg had the brace so I could be wrong but either way if you pull the front wheel off you can tell if it's a dual piston caliper.
I have 19" wheels with 3.55 rear ... and strut tower brace.
