There's a guy in my local car club who currently has a 2006 GT. He has a SCT X3Tuner he wants to sell to me for $200 since he is selling his car. He told me that after he reverts the car to stock with the tuner it becomes unlocked, in which I could use it. I know I would have to buy my own e-mail tune off Brenspeed or Tillman. But would this work for my 2010 V6? I see on all the sites a different tuner if you have a GT or a V6? Thanks guys, I tried to search for a topic like this but I couldn't really find one like this.

 

Yes, it should work for your V6. It's not the tuner that determines whether or not it will work with your car, it's the tune itself.

 

I'd give a call to brenspeed and talk to their tech guyz just to be sure.
