Battery keeps dieing
Duno if this has been said already or not, but get a volt/amp meter and see how much current is being drawn from the battery (recharge it) when everything is off. It shouldn't be much. If there is a noticeable drain on the battery I would start checking relays, there shouldn't be any sticking on a 2+yr old car but who knows. Another thing you could try is pulling fuses until you see the draw on the battery go away, then at least you have an idea of where the problem lies.
Or
Take it to the dealer and let them overcharge you.

I'm going to post this to my original thread but I saw a few people commenting here so I thought I'd share my experience. I have a 2007 Mustang GT with under 20K miles. It is less than a year out of warranty (except drive train). I paid $26K for the vehicle.
I brought my car in to a local dealer to be fixed, it had developed a leak into the cabin and the radio was coming on at night, staying on with the door open, and draining the battery.
I just got my car back yesterday, it has been at the dealership (two of them) for over a month. According to the second dealer I dealt with, leaking cowl grommets introduced water into the cabin on the passenger side and corroded 2 wiring harnesses for the vehicle.
Both had to be replaced, for a total cost of several thousands of dollars. Ford agreed to pay 75%, even though the car is no longer covered by warranty. Total cost to me after getting jerked around (long story) was $750 dollars. The dealer told me I should consider myself lucky.
The first dealer...
1) Replaced the cowel grommets and junction box and gave me back the car - cost to me: $250 (75%). Fail. Battery dead overnight, radio on intermittantly - unpredictable.
2) Replaced battery, returned car. Fail. Dead battery overnight.
3) Sent radio out for repair. Reinstalled, returned vehicle. Fail. Dead battery.
4) Offered to continue troubleshooting for $115 an hour. F$ck you.
Second dealer...
1) Found "obvious" damage to wiring harness. Sent out for parts. Expected wait? Two/three days. Actual wait time? Two weeks. Cost to me: $500 (@75%)
2) Wrong part delivered. Two harnesses now mentioned. One of them too short, wrong part. Ordered correct harness.
3) Another week waiting for correct part. Installed, car delivered (yesterday). Last minute announcement: correct part was actually $900, additional $250 charge passed on to me. Total cost to P/U car? $750. F$ck you.
4) Drove to Brooklyn to see a band play last night and noticed that my Traction Control button is missing! Dummy button in it's place. Three buttons to the left (were they always there??) for info and setting, etc. are non-functional as expected. I don't have a digital dash or anything. Tested traction control by doing a couple of burn-outs, appears that the traction control system has been permanently disabled. Made an appointment to bring car back to dealer on Monday AM.
Do I count myself lucky that I didn't have to pay the total $3500 bill or did I just get f@cked with no lube?
Will keep you posted. Have no idea what to do now. I'm over a barrel, definitely selling this car. Love my Mustang but I can't take the risk of keeping it now.
I'm pretty pissed, and thinking of suing Ford.
