Depends on what you have. BAMAchips works wonders on automatics but, pretty sure it works on par with manuals as well

really, bamas a crook? his store is about 30 miles from my house, I talked to them once on the phone and I thought they were straight.

 

as of december there were guys who placed orders with him, and never got them,they had to file with thier credit card companys/pay pal to get thier money back.....but dont tell anyone, people on this board still support the guy so your not really suppose to talk about, just let him keep ripping people off becuase hes "always been cool in the past".

Thanks crescent wrench and budders for the compliments! I don't want to hi-jack Horseman59's thread, I hope he finds some good custom tunes. This is my second S197, the last was an 08 V6 automatic which Doug at Bama chips did the tunes for and they were incredible and he was good to work with but I am just as happy with the Brenspeed tunes and they have been great to work with as well. I don't know anything about Doug's problems as I was gone to the dark side for a while driving a 2004 Chevy SSR.

Yeah i was looking at bamachips sct tuner on americanmuscle.com and it comes with 3 free tunes. Does brenspeed come with any tunes that would fit my needs? and by the term "custom" does that mean they will tune it to match the mods on my car? sorry for being ignorant about all this tuning lingo hah
