Default remote window roll down

Hey everybody, just wondering if there is a process to get my remote to work with my windows to get them to roll down. I have tried holding lock and/or unlock on remote but nothing happens. I'm thinking maybe it just won't work on my model year. Thanks.

they talked about this in the "cool hidden features" thread with no luck. supposedly there's some models in a certain year that'll do it but it's not really confirmed. so said to say but no, you can't do it.

it's a bummer since I'd love to have that feature, one day I'll just add an alarm that comes with that feature.

check out that thread, there's some cool other stuff you can do.

My 07 has it but its way custom and not OEM:

Here is how its done on an 07:

The motors are smart motors with the control modules for
UP/DOWN contained within the door panels. The
motor/modules are supplied 12V constant (Violet/Yellow C518)
along with a DACC or Accessory Delay power. You must
supply the modules 12V on the DACC wire (Red/LiteBlue)
when you want the windows to be able to move, This is done with
an off delay relay set to enough time to allow the windows
to roll up from the fully down position. The relay is triggered
with the Trunk Release output from the BEC (C422 Pink/Orange)

I verified operation of the above mod by using two off-delay
relays with one being set to the time required to allow the
windows to roll up from the fully down position and the second
one being a 4PDT set to a 1 second pulse to mimic the UP
and AUTO inputs to the left/right motor/modules. I used a diode
at the SJB C2280G Red/LiteBlue wire to keep other OEM
accessories hooked to the DACC wire from being powered
by my circuit. I then hooked up the inputs of the delay relays
to the trunk release output of the SmartJunctionBox and now
I can roll up my windows with the trunk release button on my
remote. It can be done but its not for the weak at heart.

Connector C504 GREY - MASTER WINDOW ADJUST SWITCH
Pin1 - Black - Ground
Pin8 - White/Black - LF UP
Pin7 - Violet/ LiteGreen - LF Auto
Pin10 - White/Yellow - RF UP
Pin9 - Violet/LiteBlue - RF Auto

Connector C518 GREY - POWER WINDOW MOTOR LF
Pin5 - Black - Ground
Pin7 - Violet/Yellow - Constant 12V

Connector C2280G Black - SMART JUNCTION BOX
Pin2 - Red/LiteBlue - ACC DELAY

I have since went to a PLC and use the lock/unlock
pulses to trigger up and down of the windows.
Much smarter than the basic trunk/relay windows
down circuit.

My 09 Challenger came with this feature OEM.
Catch up Ford....
