Ive been searching for a stang for about 6 months now. I've come across two steals that I really wanted but got sold before I could finalize the deal. I am looking to buy a used 05/06 v6 or gt. The main issue is finding the right price. I know you all say that with the 2011 stangs coming out soon used mustang prices will drop. My question is how much do you think it'll drop, how soon will prices drop, and do you think I should go for the two decent deals I've been currently looking at.

Would like to help but too hard to say since there is a definite difference in pricing in different parts of the country.

I am in the same kind of boat tho, almost ready to buy a used GT and wondering how much i can save if I wait and how long the wait will be.

 

How much are you looking to spend? I'm around your area, I'll keep an eye out for something that looks good.

Have you given Carmax a look? I bought my 06 in May of 08 with 2,600 miles on it for a great price.

 

I'm willing to spend about $15,000. Carmax prices seem a little bit steep and there's no wiggle room. The links I listed seem to be the best deals along with another windveil blue gt with ~27,000 miles for $14,777. I just want to know if I can do better by waiting a couple months because the 2011s are coming out.

 

Summers coming so prices will go up in my opinion. If you are comfortable pull the trigger.
