Default what does it mean
i looked on the door sticker in my 2010 mustang gt and it said CG for the gears
what does it mean
is it 3.55 or 3.31 ???
its premium auto with 19s black rims, glass roof, camera

As far as i know it is axle gear code for 3.31 which is standard.

I am pretty sure 3.55 and 3.73's were not available with an auto trans. If your original window sticker does not specify one of the two optional gears then it is a 3.31.

Look under the rear of the car -- there will likely be a sticker on the rear end that says what gear it is, e.g. 3.31.

There should be a label on the "pumpkin." Trust us. It's 3.31.

i wonder how it will be with 3.73 or 3.55
