Default Changing Spark plugs please help!!!

need to change my plugs before I have the "breaking problem" I've heard all the horror stories so what is the deal with these plugs...Do I have to buy special tool to get them out even if they don't break...and if they break I have to get a special tool right?? I read in some forums about soaking them with something and following the "tsb"...what does that stand for...sorry I'm used to working on foxes where everything was easy...any advice would be great and I don't have much time to do it so I want to do it right. Also what plugs does everyone recommend.

If your car is a '09 you don't have anything to worry about. Ford changed the head design late 2007 to use a one piece spark plug.
