Then after you have secured a job that pays decent, look into a easily modified sports car.
to tell you the truth i hate ford but i knew that the mustang is one of the best cars out there and thats one of the reasons i got one, but i dont like ford...but also i just bought the stang and i owe my dad 8k for it...he helped me buy it...so im in debt and thats one big reason.

How will buying another car fix that?

Why not take out a loan, even a first time car buyer should be able to get a resonable loan on 8k. Figure 8% on 4 years 195 a month, 5 years 163 a month. A small price to pay to be financialy responsible and make your dad think he can trust you with the money. Even if he says hes cool with whatever your doing, nothing would make him happier then to see you stick to your commitments and work through it like an adult. Also, thats not a big payment, not even close, but your building your credit and that will help you for life.

i mean any car you can look at buying that is resonably reliable is gonna be a few grand... then you want to mod it, another few grand.... you almost paid off the car you have just in that, and now you go to school, with your mustang, and no car bill.

im lost here.

you need money for school so you are going to sell a 5 year old v6 which wont get you that much anyway

then

buy a new car for 3-5k and then supercharge it so in the end you still end up with jack **** for school to begin with

you might want to retake math class before going to college.....
