Default NT05R ???????

Hy, has anybody tried the nt05r, and what do you think about them for daily use. They have a 0 threadware rating.

correct me if i'm wrong. the NT05R's are a drag radial a step up from the 555R, meaning the rubber is stickier and more tread wear. for daily use a street tire would be better especially in the rain.
555, Invo, or NT05 for the street. better tread life and traction in the rain.

The NT05R or 555R would be fine for the street if it means you're going from your house to the track and right back. For a DD, it would not be a good idea due to the drag radial's wet performance and they would wear out quite fast. You'd be spending thousands upon thousands yearly on just tires.

I plan on trying out the 555 for my street tire. The reviews are very good from Discount Tire and from what I've read elsewhere online.

I just got a set a couple weeks ago. I would not use them for daily use at all, i only had them on for a couple days and I could tell they won't last at all on the street. The edges were getting eaten up after the first day. They hook awesome though, I would say they hook just as good if not better then the m/t drag radials. The 555r's are a better bet for a daily drag radial but won't hook nearly as good as the nt05r's.
