So I just installed the JLT CAI and was excited to get the bama tune on my car. Unfortunately I got a recurring error message when it's 53% done with uploading the stock tune. (It's error message 1017 "can't unload stock tune"). I tried to update the firmware but that didn't help. Any advice?

 

I'd call AM (assuming that's where the Bama tune is from).

"Ford SF3/X3 - Solution
Confirm that your tuner has the most recent Firmware; found by going into Device Info on the tuner and comparing to the firmware listed on the website.
If using Pre-Loaded tunes, confirm that your tuner has the most recent Tune Revision; found by going into Device Info on the tuner and comparing to the tune revision listed on the website."

also know that their webpage it says that the latest version is: 1.1.155 while mine claims it has 1.2.121 but according to them if your serial number begins with "XP" then 1.2.121 is the latest.
