replacing clutch

Default replacing clutch

putting on ram HDX clutch kit from a.m. And oem style flywheel from new take off,should i get a short shifter while am at it,and would replacing my clutch and adding a short shifter help much

Might as well add the shifter while you're under there, it'll make it easier. If you get a good shifter, you wount be dissapointed.

i got a hurst for a 100$ bucks im trying to see if the install is hard i wanted to do it myself anybody have a video on how to do it for a 2005 mustang or how much would they charge

It's not hard to do, it can just be cramped, but if you are already going to have your tranny and driveshaft out of the way it will be easier. Here's a link to a how-to with good pictures, it's not a Hurst install, but close enough so you get the idea.
