Default Catch Can Breather Help.

Ive Seen both breather valve setups and also catch cans, and recently seen breather catch cans like boozche (spelt wrong)

my question is i see them being run on the 4.6, but can u run the setup on a 4.0

i want to run a catch can, or catch can breather on both sides. would this be any issue??

in wanna do this to prolong engine life, and i also have a custom intake which i prefer not to run the pcv line into. the whole blow by system doesnt make sence anyway

is it okay to run one on both valve side? on a 4.0????

also, a list pf parts would be GREAT!!

i dont mind buying parts and piecing a system togethers if its cheaper. i am a m,echanic and i do have the skills

i dont see why you wouldnt be able to use a catch can setup on a 4.0. i just looked at upr catch can they dont say anthing about a 4.0 so i would call them and ask if it will work for sure

Sure you can run it on the 4.0. I have the UPR on my car -

And it catches a lot of oil. I changed the oil this past weekend after 1,500 miles and the can was about 2/3 full.

On the 4.0 the PCV is on the passenger side - I think that the GT guys run it on the driver side.

You can run a catch can on just about any motor, see the post above for reference

I don't know if they come with clamps - I bought mine off someone for a great price and bought the clamps and hose myself.

A friend of mine has a breather on the driver side on his 4.0 -- I can't remember now but he may have a breather on both sides come to think of it.
