That should be fine on a daily driver car, those viscosity rating aren't far enough apart to matter a whole lot. The filter isn't a huge deal either, as long as it's a decent one and sont some generic store brand POS.

I run M1 5w30 just because its cheaper. I hate paying more for a foo-foo 5w20 - filter doesn't matter either - I run K&N

I run 5w-20 RP with a K&N oil filter
The royal purple filter is fairly new so I haven't heard how it compares but the K&N oil filter is the best from what I've read

The motorcraft is fine. I would use it over a k&n if it's cheaper.

http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=HP-2010
as for if you should go to 5w-30 I'd check with the super charger maker and see what they say

I've heard saleen and roush have recommended 5w30 in their supercharged cars for a while now.

The filter is ok the oil should be 5w20 Imo I would only use 5w30 if 5w20 wasn't available. I think Advance has 5Qt. of Mobil 1 5w20 and a mobil 1 oil filter as a special for $29.00 for April.
