After my freak car wash incident that destroyed my wheels I am in need of some new wheels. The good news is that my insurance company is covering the cost. I do really like my wheels and could have them powered coated matte black, over a gun metal finish, and still have a crome lip.

The thing thing I could do is go with one of these options.

Sorry about your boss wheels, those were awesome. Honestly I say keep looking. Maybe get a set of black chrome saleen dark horse wheels. Something that not many people have

 

Some crap on the brush at the car wash ate the finish on my wheels!

 

Man, I don't trust carwashes anymore. I took my Jeep through (when I still had it) and it ripped both of my mirrors off. Those friggin swirling rags that spin around wrapped around my mirrors and just pulled them completely off. Now I only go into the ones that just spray soap and water. No rotating brushes for me.

 

I like the craigslist wheels and the cruzin concepts, seems like everybody has the american muscle ones.

 

loots, I like the Black Bullitt Rims more than the Anthracite ones...

 

I just cant find any new wheels that I like so I've decided to powder coat my wheels. I may go with a matte black or the gunmetal finish.
