Default slp loudmouth ??

ok about to buy these used and there is one broken exhaust hanger...do i need to get a new one from slp or can i use the ones on my car now. I currently have flowmasters up there and no clue how to change exhaust. Its not the cat back either just the axel back.

Your talking about the black piece that mounts onto the underside of the car or you mean the actual welded on hanger?

If you take it to a muffler shop they can just fab one up for you.

If your buying the ones in the classifieds for $140, the piece that is missing is on the slp itself. An exhaust shop should have no problem fabbing up a piece to work with that.

As for changing the axle backs out, it is too easy. 2 bolts hold each hanger and there are 4 hangers. Then loosen the upper clamp that holds the axle back to the over axle pipe. Transfer the hangers to the SLP's. Thats it. Should take about 30 minutes. SLP's are super easy to install cuz there is NOTHING in the way of the bolts.

They are $340 new from AM, and usually go for $200-250 in the classifieds. And they sound awesome. Good luck if you decide to get em.

If you buy them used, you may need additional clamps. The stock ones are welded on..
