The capacitors used in any car audio setup have enough power to stop someones heart if not used correctly. Also if your headlights are dimming then your charging system is inadequate. Ideally you would upgrade your wiring, add a battery, and/or add an alternator. I cap can work fine but they can also be quite dangerous if you arent careful.

and for the record my lights dim already because of bass but i havent added a cap or battery yet. I should but i rarely listen to real heavy bass at night anyways
