Default value

so i've mentioned before my car was in an accident and i needed new passenger door and both quarter panels...no frame damage, no engine damage, and everything has been fine since i got it back which has been like 7 months now. I'm trying to figure out what its worth to sell it. I found 3 different reports saying that a wrecked vehicle that has been restored "perfect" obviously still loses value and up to 18%. anyone ever hear of this?? 05's with decent mileage still goes for 15,500 to 18,500 in my area. Would I just subtract 18% of 15.5k and sell my car for that. I want to be fair but not get totally ripped off. Any help would be great. I bought it for 18.9 in august and owe 9500 and just want to get out of debt with a lil extra cash.

Put it up for what the other ones are going for around your area or similar condition, see if it being wrecked before makes much of a difference or if the buyer cares much.

How is the title? It's usually the branded titles that people shy away from (thus lowering the value).

no, mine doesnt have a salvage title. it was like 10 grand in parts and labor to fix it but my dad new the guy and he charged top dollar and bought expensive parts and stuff. if its not salvaged, what else can it say on the title...is there like a percent or anything damaged. Like could it say it was 50% damaged or anything weird like that.

I'm pretty sure it just says what was damaged.
