Default good deal?

So trying to get rid of my v6 so I can make the jump upto a GT. I've been looking around online for GTs and found this so far on craigslist (gonna just put info and not link, don't want anyone to jack it ha).

Its a 5spd manual with about 48,xxx miles right now..it is mainly stock but has some nice tasteful upgrades such as
Ford Racing suspension (same as GT500)
SLP Axelback exhaust
JLT cold air kit with custom tune and power programmer
Push button start
I-Pod integration
Baer cross drilled and slotted rotors with Hawk performance pads ( 1200 miles roughly on them)
OEM Bullet grille
Sequential Tailights
CDC Chin spoiler
Nitto tires all around in great condition..255 in front and 285 out back...Premium bullet wheels with polished lip I also have the 4 original wheels and tires with about 85% tread left if you want too There's more i know I'm forgetting but you will not be disappointed with this car...I got it about 2 years ago completely stock from a teacher in LI at about 44k miles...it has never been beat on and I do not ever drive it in winter..it gets stored in a car trailer. I hate to sell but I am trying to take advantage of the lower housing prices and need the money for a downpayment.
Here are some pics:

I've been talking to him past few days, it's on craigslist for 15.8 but I asked if he could do 15 and he said probably. Good buy if it all checks out?

well, it would probably help if we knew what year it was!
And you need a full inspection to tell if it's any good.

Thats about $13,575 Avg Trade and $14,575 Clean Trade here (Assuming its an '05).
Avg Trade = What I usually get from a dealer.
Clean Trade = What I usually get from a private sale.

I would say you are in the ballpark.

Haha sorry its an 06. And if I go to visit the car I'd like to bring a friend who does autobody work, I bought my first Mustang and later found out a few things have been sprayed/replaced. The carfax was clean on the cafr too, any good ways to approach this to figure if the car runs good or not? And lets say it runs great, good deal?

15K seems very reasonable, as long as everything checks out good!
Good luck!

Be sure that you're familiar with the TSB's associated with the S197's. There are a few that can kill a deal such as the Water Leak TSB.

seems like a good deal, so long as everything is good on it, price is very resonable for what has been done. So long as like nuke said, there has been no water leak to damage that connection box.
