Default Emissions failure, systems not ready.

I live in WI, we need to pass emissions in my portion of the state. I do have an emissions specific tune from Brenspeed to accomodate for this. I still won't pass as the computer at the testing station states my computer is saying the Catalyst and Evaporative Systems are "Not Ready". Initially they told me I just needed to drive the car more, as it's not driven "enough". I drive the car every day it's nice, but that was their thought. So, I put on 400 miles in the matter of 4 days, they are still "not Ready". Any thoughts on how to get these two systems to reset, or even one? I can have one that isn't ready and still pass. Would love to hear a method on resetting these manually if I can.

Seems like Brenspeed didn't turn on the rear o2 sensors in the tune, call or email them for a different tune.

They assure me they are on per the "emissions tune" they sent me. I have 3, race, street, and emissions. Before I had the Super Shaker I had the same problem, they sent me an emissions tune and it took care of it, which is what I had to do again after I had the super shaker installed. In my emails with them they also state that they don't tune with either of those 2 specific systems so they should not present an issue.

you need to make sure your O2's are on and check to see if your car is throwing DTC's.

Mine just failed yesterday for the same things. I wish Brenspeed made notation of this before I bought it.

I flashed my car back to stock and will take it in again.

Same here. I uploaded the stock tune, installed the stock airbox and drove it about 25 mi and "passed with flying colors"

Get a tune from the American Muscle Bama team. Chris Rose can hook you up real good.

It'll be a much better tune anyway...

Mine is from AM/Bama and didn't pass, in PA at least. I called them and they said if it doesn't pass to remove the JLT intake and stock tune it, which is what I had to do. Not sure if they do emission tunes or not

Just got back from inspection attempt 2. Pass. I flashed to stock and drove about 30 miles. Pretty lame when a custom tune for stock will fail.

Well having the rear o2 sensors turned off will not allow the catalyst or evap cycles to run, so I am almost positive they are turned off. My new AM tune had the rear o2's turned on, I know because I got a catalyst efficiency code haha.
