How much did it cost? They want a lot for custom tunes here...and to me, 5 hp and 6 ft/lbs tq isn't really worth the money they want for a custom tune here. I'd rather just send Chris my A/F numbers and let him tinker with it...

I am VERRY happy. I picked up 8tq at 3k which was nice.

Looks like the A/F ratio is the same from Brenspeed and Jaws Racing. How did Jaws pick up more power and torque? Timing? Did they data log the knock sensors? Certainly any good dyno tuner knows to do that.

yeah they do. Timing is where it came from along with a few other adjustments which made driving more enjoyable.

Timing/AF and cam timing.

there are other tricks, but tuners don't share them.

Here is what we have done when our tuner was not available.

You rent the dyno for an hour or two. You prearrange with the tuner the time and you make pulls on the dyno, data logging, along with reporting the AF. You send it and the tuner sees, reads, adjusts and emails an adjustment. Repeat until perfect. Some tuners will do it, some won't. Mine will.

If you are interested, shoot me a PM and we'll discuss it.

Cool, thanks Simon. I need to call the local shop up and see how they operate. This might be the route I could go to get a better tune.
