I just heard from newtake off that the '11 seat covers wont fit in the 2005-10 cars because the headrest are made different... anyone made this swap? im really wanting those seats in my 07d

 

Aww that is a lie ! I have a pair and they fit fine ! The rear seat were the legs hang over is a little loose but some awesome injunutity can fix it.. Got mine for 300 even off ebay !

But I've heard the same thing, that the headrests are separate from the seat unlike the 05-09's

 

you have '11's in your car? or 10's?

 

I can tell you this. If you go to autoanything and order seat covers for the 2008 and 2011 mustangs they give you the exact same part. That tells me they fit.

 

They are talking about the REAR seats ... since 2011+ have headrests ... Front seats are the same.

 

I saw that after my last post. I never think of my back seat, I've had my mustang over 3 years and have never used it...lol. Only been back there to wash back window. I wonder if you could make it fit somehow. For the price it would still be worht it even if you spent a few more bucks with an auto interior shop.
