Hey yall need some advice ... Ordered a set of Louvers back in July1st still haven't received them ,...last email i got was the 27th of July saying they were out of stock. Now Ive already paid for the item but im getting kinda ancy.. I know that there a great company and dont mind waiting but going on 2 months for louvers is a little ridiculous ! Should i be worried or just wait it out.. Im Iraq right now so its not really THAT big of a deal but its the last part im waiting on so i can get the car in the shop... Kinda a thorn in the side thing ...
Just asking for a little guidance ....i guess

Give them a call or shoot them a email asking if they are in stock yet and if they are when you can exspect them. And if they are not ask when they will be in stock.

 

Thats the thing Ive shoot 4 emails since that date and nothing ! Cant exactly call ...lol I know there busy but 2 months ! Come on ! every other site right now has them in stock !

It took me roughly 6 wks to get my side scoops from them. They were fast with the emails explaining it was a problem they were having with the painter though. You will get them dont worry, they havent taken you money and ran.

 

yeh ! I trust Josh his company and him are stand up guy ! Just seems like forever and a day to wait for Louvers to be painted ...

 

I also ordered per-painted side scoopes from them that took 6-7 weeks to get. They were quick to respond to my emails though. Good luck, I'm sure you'll get them. If not, this forum will end up hearing about it

 

I ordered chin spoiler from them. I wasn't happy at all. I took them over 4 weeks to deliver and the chin was broken. I didn't complain because I didn't want to wait another 4 weeks. They have the same prices as AmericanMuscle which is much more better and faster!

 

I had problems with them when i got my roush louvers from them, took 7 weeks to get them,never replied to one email,when i finally got them the paint on one was not very good,they wanted me to send them back and they would fix them,was not going to wait for almost 2 months,just had them repainted buy a local shop,would never buy anything from them again,they do have good pricing,but not worth the wait!

 

Call or have someone call, and keep hounding them. it seems to be the only way to get them to move theyre asses! the only experience ive had with them was as bad as some of the others have said.
