Default Clips???

How do you get the clips that hold different stuff in like the ones that hold the carpet in the trunk in? I always break them or just have to cut them

If you have a Harbor Freight around, you can stop by and pick up a set of panel removal tools... They are a few dollars and made of plastic. They are supposed to make removal of trim panels and the fasteners easier without damaging or breaking them... I don't have any but have considered buying some myself. Maybe someone else know if these types of tools are worth the moolah...

I believe the ones in the trunk are christmas tree clips so just be firm with them and they should pop out.

If there is a Fastenal store close to you give them a try. They have all types of fasteners at very reasonable prices.

You don't need any special tools to get them out just go slow pull the center up and then wiggle the clip they come right out. You are probably taken them out wrong.
