Default SHR Window Louver Install

Hello, I'm looking to get a set of flush mounted louvers for my 2011. My question is, what kind of shop can I get to do the install? There is a speedshop around here that works on Mustangs but I don't think this is something they would do. I will only buy them if I can find a trusted place to install them. I would hate to cut out my windows, get these put on, and then have them rattle or let wind in.
Thanks!

+1 on the window shop. That's their forte and they should have no trouble with it, if you hand them the car stripped and ready for the job.

Having said that, if you're pulling the interior yourself you're half done with the job anyway. I did mine myself and by far the hardest part was pulling the interior. The windows don't take much to remove (use at least 3 layers of tape to protect the outside paint), and installing the louvers is pretty straightforward (just be sure to use a good thick bead of sealant).

Best,
-j

Since my car was in the shop for a TSB, I had Ford use their glass guy to install mine. You do need to ask the shop have they done the procedure before. It is much like replacing glass, but I would ask any way.

Will the shop also need to pull my interior? I'm hoping to get this done without having to do that. (Yes, I'm lazy).

I don't think they pulled mine.....if they did, I can't tell. I know SHR do give instructions on how to install them from the outside.

My Roush spoiler mount was 125$ aswell, but the extensions are bolted on so they did have to remove the Shaker 1000 unit. Also cleaned the car real well.

Thinking about the SHR's
