Default Finally made it into the 11s

Well last night we had some decent weather. It was about 61 degrees and we had a DA of about 1561. I ran my 100 shot for the first time. I spun a little but still managed to pull off a 1.66 60ft time and ran a 11.90 @ 118.51. Its definately got more in it. To give you an idea I only ran a 12.76 @ 108 NA last night compared to my 12.41 last year. I think this winter I'm gonna tear into the motor to replace the cam gears to hopefully fix my VCT issues which is killing my top end (3800rpm+) With that fixed I think I could definately get into the 11.50s or better also with a little better conditions and track prep.

Also after looking at my time slip it looks like my 2nd and 3rd gears or weak as hell and my 1st and 4th are where I got the times...here is the time slip break down:

60ft - 1.6612
330ft - 4.9905
1/8th ET - 7.7093
1/8th MPH - 90.58
1000 ET - 10.0704
1000 MPH - 101.93
1/4 ET - 11.9035
1/4 MPH 118.51

This seems like a huge gain in MPH from the 1000ft mark to the 1/4...16.5 mph in 320ft seems crazy doesnt it?! or is this normal?!

damn, great times all around (NA and Nitrous). Sounds like the money spent on suspension and tires paid off.

thanks man!! Yeah the tires are definately helpful. I still need more suspension...the car is lowered about 2" all around and I still havent adjusted the pinion angle...definately need some upper and lower control arms
