Default Questions???? Please Help..

I have searched here and other forums, but I really do not find the response I'm looking for.

I have an 06' GT that I'm trading on an 11' GT on Tuesday, so I do not have alot of time.
I'm reinstalling alot of factory parts, but I do not have and special tools nor do I think that I can aquire them in the short amount of time that I have to reinstall factory cams.

I currently have the NSR Comp Cams 127200 Stage 2 cams in the car. I'm taking off the LT headers and reinstalling the factory CMRC plates.

Questions are:

Will the car run without problems or CEL's with the cams still in the car without the delete plates, without the CAI, the LT's etc. on the STOCK TUNE?

Do I need to leave the delete plates in there with the cams?

Should I ask Brenspeed to email me a new tune for this configuration and leave it in the car?

Should I just leave the headers, the CAI, the delete plates, tune in the car and take my lumps leaving it that way? I would like to sell them as I cannot use them on the new 5.0.

Any ideas or knowledge on this would be appreciated. Links will work too someone help me out, please.

IF IT WERE ME, I'd take it ALL off the car, cams included by loosening the bolts real slow, drop the stockers back in and flash to a stock tune and sell all the parts you've taken off.

OR

Take everything else off but leave the cams in and get another tune for an otherwise stock motor with cams, you'd lose far too much if you left everything on versus' paying for just a tune.

I'd still take the cams out being very careful with the timing and removal of the 127200's. My $0.02

Will the car throw codes with the cams in there, and the stock tune?

IF it will not throw the codes I will probably leave them in because I don't think many people will want a set of used cams that have approximatley 15K miles on them. Maybe I'm wrong?

I'm not looking to recoup tons of money here just wanting to get the things off that I can and trade the car in. The main thing I'm concerned with is not having the time or experience or special tools needed to change the factory cams back in before Tuesday.

Maybe only questions are will it throw codes with cams in otherwise stock car? How will driveability be? I do not want to trade it in with a check engine light on, as I will lose trade value.
