Great...
I was in a hurry to get back from church tonight and get my homework submitted. Pulled into a tight spot and go figure I hit an explorer with my passenger side fender. Granted it wasn't a bad hit it still hurts like hell since the car is my baby. The lip around the headlight is dented and scuffed, anybody have experience with getting a new fender? How much itll cost to be replaced and painted?
I'll post pictures sometime tomorrow when its light out I guess. Dont have time to get to a ford dealership for an estimate until probably saturday...

I found some fenders for like 150, painted for close to 4... IDK if i should trust those though. I'll probably get screwed by the dealership for parts and labor though. I want to pay for it out of pocket so insurance doesnt go up, itll probably wont be too much more than the deductible anyway
Don't ever trust dealers for body work, they suck major ballz.
Aftermarket fenders will be cheaper for sure but the fit might be questionable, even if it's CAPA certified.
Nothing wrong with getting a used one...

+1, I have a similar wrinkle around my headlight housing not really that noticeable but I know its there... I would get a used one OP.
Yea pretty sure the dealership is trying to screw me outta money which really pisses me off... They quoted me 1016 to pop the dents out and repaint everything. They told me that I needed a new headlight because the clips were busted, looks absolutely no different from when I bought it. But yea I'm pretty pissed off.
And no I didn't just drive off... The car was parked, and it was a tight squeeze so I drove around and looked for a new place to park. Called my roomate and got him to bring me a piece of paper and a pen. I left them a note on the windsheild, it was an older blazer that wasn't in the best condition anyway but I traded some paint on their driver side rear bumper. This wasn't somebody who lived on campus, so I went to check if they were still there in the morning and they were gone... Never called or came up to my room so I assume they dont care. Not a complete douche so no I didn't just drive off...
