Seems kinda obvious to me:

1. OP is new to MF community.
2. OP tried to put up pics of his ride to share with the MF community.
3. OP had trouble posting pics (which, as unbelievable to some it may seem, does actually happen from time to time).
4. Another MF member helped out new OP and posted said pic for him.
5. Thread accomplished....everyone can see new members ride.
