Me a few years back at a Thanksgiving dinner when I was in Africa. Don't ask why I was there because I can't tell you .

 

What part of Africa? I was in Djibouti and Uganda for 15 months (Mar 08-June 09). Djibouti sucked, Uganda was a good time though. Oh, and I got DESTROYED in Nairobi, Kenya one night. Fun fun!!

 

I was in Tunisia for ~3.5 months. Got to be good friends with the Marine guard at the Embassy and the Director of Security. I think they were pleased to see other Americans hehe. It was actually a pretty nice country and progressive in terms of the other North African/Middle Eastern countries.
