the stock 18" are lighter in color...more silver. The lug-nuts are in-between the spokes. the optional 19" are a nickel color (darker) and have the lug-nut holes located in the spokes not between. in addition the spokes are smoother.... I know because had these on mine prior to putting the 2010 SVT GT500 wheels. i hated the look of the stock 18" but liked the optional 19" alot.
