Laughed my *** off at that! I would even be confused.

LOL so you can make a v6 look exactly like a v8, but the second you slap a gt badge on thats the point you are a poser? No one is going to think you are actually driving a LS Boss 302, you aren't posing its just a cool badge.

Exactly. And in good reason to do it also.

GT fog lights--better visibility at night-safer
GT front bumper--needed so GT fog lights/grill fit correctly
GT dual exhaust--Allows the engine to breath better--performance upgrade
GT rear bumper--needed so GT dual exhaust fits correctly
GT wheels--allows for a wider tire for more grip--safer

GT badges--no reason other than be a poser.

Your car is not a Boss 302 Laguna Seca (which already comes with the badge), so why on Earth would you put the Laguna Seca badge on it? Why not also put other badges so it's an Audi Chevrolet Z/28 Boss 428 Mustang Pony Package SVT SVO Shelby Volkswagen Capris?

considering the standard boss has a tripony emblem I think all bets are off. Nobody outside of the mustang world is going to know what the badge is in the first place. Its not like putting a ferrari badge on a honday.

Interesting. What about:

GT500 front ends
GT/CS rear bumpers
Roush Hoodscoops
Super Snake Wheels
GT500 Spoiler

.....

The list is endless but the point is, are you really prepared to call all the people with these mods and other mods like them a poser?

The mods arent posing, the addition of badging and emblems is. There is nothing wrong with putting a body panel on a car just dont label it as something it aint.

Dont be this guy:

I guess I just don't see putting the Laguna Seca fuel door on the car as being the same as putting GT emblems on a V6 but whatever. I'm not the one doing it, nor do I really care.

That guy isn't posing, that's the coveted Shelby GT210 that they made back in 05.

I don't think this badge is bad. No one outside of the Mustang community is going to notice. Also, a GT bumper on a V6 is not posing. Its not V6 owners fault that Ford mad the V6 front end ugly. And no one is going to think they beat a GT just because of bumpers. When you start putting on GT and Cobra badging that is posing.
