As you may see, this is the first Ford I've ever owned and it's a great car. This Mustang is the closest I can get to the real muscle car from the late 60s-early 70s. Besides "defecting" to a VW in 2000, I was a loyal GM man.
The most jaw-dropping car I owned was the '69 Judge... the fastest was the '71 Trans-Am.
I use to drive by the local Ford dealership in my '71 T/A and "taunt" the salesman standing outside by the Mach Is. Occasionally, for reasons unknown, thay would take a Mach I out and we would drive down behind a row of factories near the dealership and drag race...those Fords got "spanked" every time...dead stops...20mph rolls. Not that the Fords were fast, because they were....I bought the '71 T/A used w/9K and I was told it needed a tune-up...I had it dyno-tuned with carburetor and distributor modifications done which really woke that Poncho' up...

First car was a '96 Buick Park Avenue. Needless to say, it was my grandma's car before I got it. I actually really liked the car and was sad to see it go. It was a tough choice between the PA and next car: my mom's '02 Mercedes c320 wagon. The only reason I picked the merc was because it had a higher resale value, other than that I really didn't like that car.
This past summer I finally had input as to what car I could get and I was looking at a Bmw 840, but after hearing the maintenance costs, I had to give up on that idea. The only car that my parents and I could agree on was a mustang. I hated the idea of driving around a car that so many other people have, but soon realized that it's fun and easy to personalize a mustang. I absolutely love it!
