I ordered mine w/o factory spoiler. I thought the rear looked sleeker without. Besides, most 05 GTs I see have the spoiler, and I wanted to be different.

If I was going to modify to look like a 69 Mach 1, the I would have kept the spoiler. I'm after the 1967 Brittany Blue GT 500 look though.

yeah, no spoiler for me, but the CDC ducktail is suweet...

Same here... I like the lines without the spoiler... and I AM the only drop top in the LR area without one...

it seems most of the folks that posted on this thread like the CDC ducktail (as do I). The ones you posted are the Roush spoiler.

I disagree with the Professor, though. I beleive it goes better with the lines than the stock spoiler does. Very similarly to the 03/04 cobra spoiler...looks just like an extension of the body and not just a thing attached to the trunk.

But it's all just personal preference...everyone is gonna envision something different

dont get one. then if you like one you can have tons of options... i want a ductail but because i already have a stock spoiler i have holes that need to be covered... i will be changing my spoiler to a ductail but only when i find one that covers the holes well...

 

I am going to buy the ducktail from cdc, I want to get the pre painted one, has anyone done this. i am curious of the quality of the paint job, thanks.

I have the spoiler and I am getting rid of it and replacing with one of the aftermarket ducktails. I don't like the look and it is a little obstructive of your view in the rear view mirror.
