:( Help on install
I tried searching this but couldn't pull up anything.
I just bought a pair of CDC louvers off a memeber on here. Of course it didn't come with any of the stuff for the install.
I really need some help on installing these. We tried using the rear view mirror glue (there was something on another forum about that) and 3M tape... yeah it didn't work. Can we use a different kind of glue to bond the 3M to the louver? I can't find the adhesion promoter at Autozone or Walmart, and I'm not patient enough to wait to order. Lol
So how can I get these things on??

clean the louver really well.
use rubbing alcohol to remove any grease/dirt/grime from where the tape will go on the louver and the car.
get the name brand 3M Double Sided tape. You might have to visit the Auto Parts Store. haven't found it at Walmart lately. it's grey in color with red backing.
apply and stick. let it be for 24 hours if possible before driving
