Catalytic Converter/Check engine light

Default Catalytic Converter/Check engine light

Considering taking off my catalytic converters off and was wondering if my check engine light will come off and if so what can i do to solve the problem.

you will need a tuner to shut off your rear O2 sensors otherwise you will get a CEL.

And if you're removing the cats for power, then you should get a CAI & custom tune anyway for the power gains, not just to turn the O2 sensors off. The custom tune alone would gain you a LOT more power than just removing the cats anyway.

Let me add to Nuke by saying... Why don't you forget the idea of removing cats and just get a CAI and tuner instead.

I took the cat converters off and with my flow masters it sounds great
