Default decent power?

Well I had my mind set on getting rims for xmas, but I just cant seem to decide which one so I am going to hold off until spring. My question here is, instead or rims and tires I am going to get long tubes and a steeda udp set, but is there going to be a pretty noticable increase in power that I will "feel"? I am getting cams soon after, maybe february, so headers have to go in anyway.

Default headers

I just recently put some LT headers and prochamber on my car. Coupled with a 93 octane tune and i was like OH MY F*CKING GOD!! AAAAHHH!

The car is at a whole new level of fast. The acceleration is instant. You wont be disappointed

The LT's aren't a bad power gain by themselves but couple that with cams and they really provide as much if not more kick than a good CAI & tune. The UDP's provide a much smaller gain which by itself may or may not be noticeable, depending on how "calibrated" your butt dyno is.

Think of your car like a straw, from the intake to the tail pipe. The intake, cams, headers, and factory H pipe, are all pinching that straw in differnent spots. You open up one and it will help, but your not going to make full potential till there all open. Or way over opening one, is not gonna help when the others are only so good (like throwing stage 3 heads on a otherwise stock car.)

I dont know if you can do the install yourself but if you can, you can probably swing cams and exhaust for the same price. But you will also need a tuner to load the tune, and at that point you might as well throw in a CAI. If you do the labor that should be around 1700. Maybe less if you find deals on the stuff in the classifieds.

If you want, tell us what mods you have already and how much you have to work with and we can see what would probably yield the biggest gains. Also, if your trying to keep it street legal or not, as that will make a few hundred dollar difference when we talk about the X pipe.
